UtilityHub ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our website and tools.

The short version: We collect minimal data. We don't sell your information. Files you upload are processed in your browser and never stored on our servers unless explicitly stated. AI features send text/image data to our AI provider for processing but do not retain it.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymized usage statistics such as which tools are used and how often, to help us improve the platform. This data contains no personally identifiable information.

Contact Form: When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Typing Test Leaderboard: If you submit your typing score to the global leaderboard, we store the username you provide, your WPM score, accuracy, and the test mode. No other personal data is collected or associated with leaderboard entries.

Tools like the Image Toolkit, PDF Toolkit, and Resume Builder process files directly in your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your files are never uploaded to our servers.

The AI Image Generation feature sends your text prompt to our AI provider (OpenAI via Netlify AI Gateway) to generate an image. The generated image is returned to your browser and not stored.

AI Content Tools send your text prompts to our AI provider (Anthropic via Netlify AI Gateway) to generate content. Prompts are not stored or used for training.

We use minimal cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or sell your browsing data to third parties.

UtilityHub uses the following third-party services:

• Netlify — Hosting and serverless functions. See Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.
• Anthropic — AI text generation. Prompts are not retained for training.
• OpenAI — AI image generation. Prompts are not retained for training.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 90 days to allow us to respond to your inquiry. Typing test leaderboard entries are retained indefinitely but contain no personally identifiable information (only the username you choose to display).

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your contact form submission
• Request removal of a leaderboard entry associated with a username you control
• Ask what data we hold about you

UtilityHub is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
