UtilityHub ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our website and tools.

The short version: We don't sell your personal information. Most file tools process data in your browser. AI features send prompts or selected content to a cloud provider, and features such as the contact form and typing leaderboard intentionally submit data to Netlify services.

Technical Data: Our hosting and advertising providers may receive standard request information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and requested pages.

Contact Form: When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Typing Test Leaderboard: If you submit your typing score to the global leaderboard, we store the username you provide, your WPM score, accuracy, and the test mode. No other personal data is collected or associated with leaderboard entries.

Tools like the Image Toolkit, PDF Toolkit, and Resume Builder process files directly in your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your files are never uploaded to our servers.

The AI Image Generation feature sends your prompt to Google's Gemini service through Netlify AI Gateway. The generated image is returned to your browser; UtilityHub does not intentionally save it.

AI Content Tools send your prompts to Anthropic through Netlify AI Gateway. Provider processing is governed by the applicable provider and Netlify terms and privacy practices.

We use browser storage for functional preferences such as cookie choices and dismissed notices. With permission, Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. You can reopen Cookie choices from the footer. Declining optional advertising storage does not block the tools.

UtilityHub may display advertisements served by Google AdSense to support the site. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

We retain contact messages as long as reasonably needed to respond, resolve issues, and maintain necessary records. Leaderboard entries may remain visible until removed and include the public username, score, accuracy, and mode you submit. Provider logs follow the provider's retention practices.

• Request removal of a leaderboard entry associated with a username you control
• Ask what data we hold about you
